Alongside the audience-favourite 2D/3D mapping projections, large-scale projections, animations and artistic installations, festival-goers can look forward to 10 diverse musical stops across the city.
“Our aim was to ensure that every visitor could enjoy their favourite genre of music. There will be electronic, rock and pop, classical and Baroque music, as well as performances by orchestras,” says Beata Konieczniak, Artistic Director of Light.Move.Festival. The rich artistic programme and numerous surprises are sure to delight festival-goers, as Łódź becomes the capital of light and music art for the sixteenth time.
The Monumental Poznański Family Palace – Home of the Festival’s Electro Stage
The palace balcony overlooking Ogrodowa Street will once again be transformed into a unique music stage!
On Friday evening, the magnificent palace setting will provide the backdrop for a performance by BOKKA, one of the most mysterious bands on Poland’s alternative music scene. On Saturday, the palace will welcome Marek Biliński, a Polish composer of electronic music and multi-instrumentalist known for his use of electronic keyboards. On Sunday, audiences will enjoy Odet, the solo project of classical pianist and vocalist Aleksandra Dąbrowska.
Music will also fill the palace garden. For the second time in the history of Light.Move.Festival., live music will accompany the moving mapping projection “Dream Journeys”, presented in the palace courtyard.
This extraordinary challenge has been taken on by talented Polish composer, arranger and instrumentalist Paweł Steczek, who has composed “Grand Prix of Dreams” especially for the 16th edition of the Festival of Light.
Rock’n’Pop Stage – Sounds Fill Staromiejski Park
A must-visit stop for fans of distinctive rock and pop sounds! On Friday, Cochise will take to the stage, followed by Black Radio on Saturday and BEMY on Sunday.

The artists have been performing together for over a decade. Their musical understanding is so intuitive that they can create unique performances without words. They will perform on one of the balconies in specially prepared arrangements of Baroque music.
Music on the Illuminated Balconies of Piotrkowska Street – The Classic Stage
Three tenors, including Dariusz Stachura and guest performers, will appear on the balconies at 77 and 82 Piotrkowska Street.
The musicians will present classical interpretations of Polish, Neapolitan and Italian songs. This is a performance you won’t want to miss!
